Happy 17 Month Birthday, Nora!

Nora turned 17 months on the 4th! She is getting very close to talking. She repeats the sounds of what we say. It is great! She is also learning what several animals say:
Bear=ROAR
Lion=ROAR
Duck=Quack Quack
Sheep=BA
Dog-whoof
Chicken=cluck cluck
Fish-does the fish lips (almost)

Nora understands exactly what we are saying. If we ask her to throw something in the garbage she goes towards the kitchen sink (where our garbage is located) etc. Very cute.

We went to our neighborhood night out tonight and Nora was playing at the park. She would climb up the playground to go down the twisty slide and would go head first. It was hysterical. We have seen her do that before but she did not go down once on her butt! Her friend Ellie was there too.
