Nora passed out at school!

When I got to Nora's school this evening I was told that she fell asleep in the "Princess Chair" today. They said it was the cutest and funniest thing.... Please remember that our little Nora is known as "No Nap Nora." This is a true miracle that she fell asleep on her own. Obviously the teachers moved her to her crib after they snapped a few pictures! She slept for a whopping 30 mintues or so! I was cracking up at these.

Clearly Chloe thinks she owns our bed.... How come she is on my side? I am sure she left me a little "kiss."

Tough life

Not a whole lot going on...

We have been busy and I guess a little too busy to take any pictures! Nora has been battling a cold and an ear infection. Now she has a double ear infection. Even though she is not feeling well, she has been in an excellent mood. She is such a joy. She cracks us up all of the time. She babbles away... She still has not said Dada--we are working on that. Nora is a stinker when it comes to having her diaper changed and getting dressed. She tries to wiggle off the changing table.... Wiggle may be the wrong word... CRAWL off or FLIP off....Her school even mentioned this problem to us! Here are a few pictures of our little angel.
Just like Daddy! Makes a mess and has to have the remote. BTW, we had to give her an old remote as she kept stealing the real ones....She has an obsession with remotes and phones. She has an old cell phone now too. She throws a fit if you take them away from her. Again, just like her dad.

Happy 69th Birthday, Auntie Jan!

My Aunt Janice turned 69 on Monday. We had a party for her on Saturday night and had tons of fun. I will upload more pictures from the party once the Lodge's send me their pictures! We ask that everyone continue to pray for Janice. As many of you know, last spring she was told that she has lung cancer. She had a PET Scan on Tuesday and received her results yesterday. The results were good and bad. They were great in the sense that her "original" cancer is gone! Thank God! This means that her treatments are working. The bad news is that there are some hot spots which in turn means she still has lung cancer. She more than likely will be on chemo forever. I am thankful that her original cancer is gone and that they can contiune to treat her new cancer. I am grateful for all of our friends and family who have supported her during these trying times. It certailnly is not easy to see someone you love deal with cancer. Please pray that Janice is able to tolerate the treatments and that she enjoys her life to the fullest each and every day. When Leslie came a few weeks ago, she gave Nora this darling dress. We were taking pictures of Nora like crazy on Sunday... Here are SEVERAL of her. Thanks for coming to visit, Leslie! We miss you. Move back to MN soon.

Nick, Nora & Kaia

Nora and I had a play date with Stacey, Nick and Kaia on Monday. We had a nice time! Here are a few pictures from the day. They stayed put for 10 seconds...... Aren't they all darling????

Do NOT allow Nora to use a FULL puffs container as a toy!

The problem with having two cameras is having to download both of them! The pictures below are from a lunch date with Jenny and Leslie about 2 weeks ago. Nora joined us and I allowed her to play with her Gerber puffs container that was about 3/4 full. She proceeded to take the cover off and dump them all over the place...... I offered to clean them up but the server said NO, she has it! OOOOOOPPPPPPSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS...
Good thing we have the hippo place mat to keep some of them off the floor.

Got Blueberries?

Nora started eating blueberries this past week. She thinks they are the greatest things ever. She gets rather upset when she "runs" out of them. I guess loving blueberries is better than loving junk food!
