My Aunt Janice turned 69 on Monday. We had a party for her on Saturday night and had tons of fun. I will upload more pictures from the party once the Lodge's send me their pictures! We ask that everyone continue to pray for Janice. As many of you know, last spring she was told that she has lung cancer. She had a PET Scan on Tuesday and received her results yesterday. The results were good and bad. They were great in the sense that her "original" cancer is gone! Thank God! This means that her treatments are working. The bad news is that there are some hot spots which in turn means she still has lung cancer. She more than likely will be on chemo forever. I am thankful that her original cancer is gone and that they can contiune to treat her new cancer. I am grateful for all of our friends and family who have supported her during these trying times. It certailnly is not easy to see someone you love deal with cancer. Please pray that Janice is able to tolerate the treatments and that she enjoys her life to the fullest each and every day.
