Happy 4th of July

Another fun weekend was had up at the lake. Nora went tubing for the first time and loved it. We were able to view some lovely fireworks, participate in a boat parade that was more of a mobile water fight than a parade. We went swimming, played in the sand, went on several boat rides, ate entirely too much and of course had to get some ice cream from the “yellow house.”

We parked a little too close to the island where the fireworks were being set off from.... We moved back and Nora enjoyed the site.

Nora was a trooper on the tube. Her face got wet and didn't care. She also fell off of the tube prior to being hooked on the boat and still went on it!
